The latest framework website to be updated is the Mach-II website. The site look really great and clean. Along with the new launch they have also released version 1.5 of the framework. This is the biggest release since the initial setup featuring:

Following on our workshops Brian Rinaldi will be giving a workshop on his Illudium PU-36 Code Generator. Brian will cover creating Mach-II and Transfer code.

Peter J Farrell (one of the developers of mach-II) gave a presentation to the Scotish cfug last night via Breeze.

Being that it was a Mach-II presentation there is no surprise that that came out on top - what did surprise me was that fusebox 5 was only clicked by me?

Overall I feel that people can be a little overwhelmed by the idea of Mach-II but after this presentation I for one can say it doesn't look that daunting. Sure it's aimed at enterprise applications but theres no need not to use it on anything smaller. If you've not played about with it then download it now and give it a go - I'm sure you'll be surprised how quickly you can pick it up.
