Mach-II website updated

The latest framework website to be updated is the Mach-II website. The site look really great and clean. Along with the new launch they have also released version 1.5 of the framework. This is the biggest release since the initial setup featuring:

* XML includes
* Modules (sub / peer applications)
* Subroutines
* command enhancements
* Complex property datatypes
* URL management features
* Bindable placeholder support
